Future Paid Services

Payment Terms (For Paid Programs)

If in the future MartinCole.com offers paid programs, courses, or cohorts, the following terms will apply:

Payment Processing:

  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe or other third-party payment processors
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information
  • All prices are in USD (or your local currency equivalent) unless otherwise stated
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance

Subscription Services (if applicable):

  • Some programs may be offered as recurring subscriptions
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
  • You will receive email confirmation of all charges
  • Cancellation instructions will be provided in your account or confirmation emails

One-Time Programs:

  • Cohort programs are typically one-time payments for a defined period
  • Payment is due in full at time of enrollment unless payment plans are offered
  • Access begins upon confirmed payment

Refund Policy

For Paid Programs and Courses:

We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our paid programs:

  • 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase or program start (whichever is later)
  • If you're not satisfied for any reason within the guarantee period, contact us for a full refund
  • After the guarantee period, all sales are final
  • No refunds for programs you've substantially completed (defined as accessing 75% or more of materials)
  • No partial refunds for group cohorts once the program has begun and you've attended sessions

For Books:

  • Book purchases through Amazon are subject to Amazon's refund policies
  • We cannot process refunds for books purchased through third-party retailers

To request a refund:

  • Contact us through the website contact form within the guarantee period
  • Include your order number and reason for refund (optional)
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days

Cancellation Policy

For Subscription-Based Services:

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Contact us via the website or cancel through your account portal
  • When you cancel, you retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • No pro-rated refunds for partial periods (except within the guarantee period)

For Cohort Programs:

Cohort programs are fixed-duration offerings:

  • Cancellation with full refund is available within the guarantee period
  • After the guarantee period, you may cancel but no refund will be provided
  • You forfeit access to remaining sessions and materials upon cancellation
  • Special circumstances (medical emergencies, hardship) will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Program-Specific Terms

Pilot Programs:

Occasionally we offer pilot or beta programs at reduced rates:

  • Pilot participants understand the program is being refined
  • Feedback and testimonials may be requested (but not required)
  • Pricing and terms are clearly disclosed at enrollment
  • The same refund policy applies unless otherwise stated

Group Cohort Programs:

When enrolling in group cohort programs:

  • Attendance requirements may apply for full benefit
  • Session recordings may be provided but live attendance is encouraged
  • You agree to maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared information
  • Respectful participation is required; disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund

One-on-One or Small Group Programs:

If offered:

  • Scheduling is mutually agreed upon at enrollment
  • Missed sessions may be rescheduled subject to availability
  • Repeated no-shows may result in forfeiture of remaining sessions
  • Session recordings (if provided) are for your personal use only

Access Duration:

  • Program access periods are clearly stated at time of purchase
  • Access typically includes the program duration plus a reasonable review period
  • Lifetime access (if offered) means access as long as the platform remains operational
  • We reserve the right to discontinue programs with reasonable notice
